Eya how are you all? Im a student in 2nd yr of uni, my new yrs resolution is to lose weight, train for the 10k run in london and to get back down to a size 8-10. I am currently a size 12 but i feel soo huge

...i am 4'11 so i look massive considering my size...wudv helped if i was abit taller lol but that can not be helped as i stopped growing taller a long time ago lool....

..i feel soo down in the dumps, not at all the old bubbly girl i used to be like, n i relii don't feel good around a certain some one....

....my plan is to start up zumba dance classes again and nia on tues 7-8 n 8-9 and then pole dancing classes on wed for an hour, and gym thurs n fri....and eat healthy wich includes, salads, tuna, humus, wholemeal wraps and pitta bread, gym mainly on the treadmill and cross trainer and ab machine and luv handles machines as my main issues are with my luv handles, waist span and my thighs...

still want to keep my curves as i dont want to lose them....n possibly my bust lol those are the two only two things i like abt maself atm lool.....ne other tips and support would be very much appreciated....i am giving myself the end of feb to see changes....i am starting tomorrow and it will be a struggle to balance my workout and diet along side uni work and working part time but i have to do this for myself...i want to go back to the old me....
