Hi Everyone! I have been reading thru posts for a few days and decided its finally time to jump in! I have found so much great motivation and information here already! Its awesome to read the success stories as well, and I know I can do this! I think the key for me is exercise. I hated exercise before, but now am learning to like it! I lost 20 pounds on my own in the last year, but saw it start creeping back up so I decided it was time to go for gold and my GOAL weight!

Good for you on your weight loss! I haven't really been a fan of exercise either until I started doing weekly challenges that motivate me to prepare for them. It helps when it's something I like to do as well. Glad you're here and good luck with your weight loss!
