HI, I'm 55 yrs old and absolutely determined to lose about 100 pounds. I recently had back and knee surgery due to an injury and need to drop this weight. I'm not sure how I am going to exercise because of physical limitations but would love to hear from anyone who has any suggestions. Going low carb for the diet part.

Hi Neekers. I am with you on needing to lose @100 lbs. I also had back surgery. Mine was done 2 1/2 years ago but I still have many other back issues and cannot work out like others. I do have a recumbent bike that I use a couple days a week so that might be something you can do if your knees can handle it. Good luck with everything.
