Default Re-introducing myself...

Well, I'm back again. I didn't stick to my goals and plans and now I am back in the weightloss game - but this time 25lbs heavier than I was last time I was here. This is the heaviest I have ever been including during my pregnancies. I have to say I was quite shocked when I saw the number on the scale

Well a new year and a new start. My name is Sarah and I have 75lbs to lose to reach my goal weight. This time hubby is working on losing weight with me so maybe that will make it easier, but even if it doesn't I realize that this is something I really NEED to do for me.

Hi all,
I am also here to reintroduce myself. I have not been on this for many years.
My eating is out of control. My husband is a diabetic and is also in need of some control.
I am starting on the south beach diet Phase 1 and will need a lot help in the next 2 weeks. Is there a south beach forum?
We are planning a 3 week vacation to vegas and florida in late January and would like to lose some pounds by then. Hepl!

I can SO relate. I gained weight from a medication several years ago and ended up around 20 lbs. more than I had ever been at 9 months during any of my 3 pregnancies. I was stunned and could hardly believe it.

But if I could lose it, so can you. It's totally worth it, believe me.

Right now I am just focusing on portion control, daily exercise, and making sure I get my water intake in every day. Oh and also avoiding slushies - my major roadblock! I LOVE my slushies
