If you have been looking around, you might have found a few groups and clubs that you feel at home in...we have a 300+ club (for those with starting weights of 300 or more) and a 100 lb club (for folks on their way to losing or who have lost 100 lbs or more), both of which might be good places to look, as well as our groups by eating plan, age range, etc.
So find one spot or a lot of them, settle in, and get posting! Can't wait to get to know you better!
