Weight got out of control, need some support! ):
Well, just started dieting five days ago. I am 19, and this time last year I was 130, fit, biked 10 miles a day, ate healthy, and had never looked/felt better.
Well, last April I moved to Texas, in with my fiance. When I moved in with him, I kept up the working out more than ever, but my diet..not so much. Amazingly, I didn't gain a pound of fat. I got packed with muscle. The fat is what I needed.
However, I took a trip back to Cali in October..didn't work out..ate the same..and started taking birth control.....I gained 50 pounds in a month. Ahh~! I got home to Texas and was horrified to step on the scale.
So now, I started taking My Alli, mixed with a 1,200 cal diet and major working out, and went from 180 to 172 in a week. But I want to make sure I stick this out.
My fiance works offshore and is gone for a month at a time..so I'd love to get healthier before he comes home in 24 days!
