Hey everyone
I just stumbled across this site while researching exercise reviews for Just Dance...the wii game. Anyway it looked interesting and supportive and I could really use all the help I can get.
About me, I have always been a little on the chubby side, went on a very strict diet in my early 20s and lost the weight. Of course I eventually started eating unhealthy again and defeated my victory completely.
So now... I just turned 31 in Nov. and also just found out I have high cholesterol. Over the past year I had lost about 15-20 lbs...but somehow I packed it right back on shortly after summer. The problem I have most is I live alone and have a hard time cooking for just myself, so I will eat anything handy...and the fact that I am the worst cook in the world!
My main goal now is to get serious about this before I have major health problems from the cholesterol, as I really don't want that...and I want to feel and look good too. With that, I will close...
