hey!! just wanted to introduce myself my name is Renee and ive been working out and on some sort of healthy eating plan for about 16 years...at one point i did gain about 50 lbs, that was maybe 3 years ago....i was determined to NEVER let that happen again and so far im good! im just looking for support and motivation xoxoxoxo

I hope you find that support and motivation here. I am new here too, but have seen some amazing stories. Most people on here are pretty uplifting. We all get in a rut at some point in time. Just try to make sure you always stay positive!
