Hi. My name is Amanda. I am a full time student at California State University, Bakersfield. I transferred from a community college not too long ago and have noticed that the pounds have been adding up. I used to be about 105-110 and am now at 135 pounds. I know this isn't a huge difference, but I feel if I do not "nip it in the bud" now, that the pounds will continue to add. I've seemed to have lost motivation to workout and eat healthy
. Everyone I know is at the weight they like to be; thus, I do not have too much external motivation. That is, hopefully, until now with the potential friends on this site. I can't wait to get to know some of you and start to help one another in our weight loss goals
