Default im ready to change
hey guys. Im new (of course) and so far over this year Ive lost about 35 lbs (15 in the last month and a half since I got serious again)
but i feel nervous about gaining it back or hitting a plateau and not being able to reach my ultimate goal which is still a while off . so Im hitting the forum to see if i can get some support and stuff. lol



but yeah Im excited to join!
