Almost to my goal but needing help!!
Hello, I have been on the ideal protein diet since May and have lost all but my last 5 lbs. Having a tough time, I do fine during the week when my husband is working but when we are together on weekends,it is tough. He does not want me to lose anymore weight and I want to get to my goal or below it so I have a few lbs for flucuation. plus my son is getting married in July and I want to be at my goal weight on maintenance. I am getting tired of veges and missing my eggs and pasta.
Help.
