Smile 22 yo needs a buddie :)
Hi everyone,
I have been on this site for awhile but never used it. For the past year and half I have been depressed, unfortunately this made me pile on the weight I had gotten down to about 82kgs from 112kgs but now I am at 117kgs. Ironically, a huge part of my depression had to do with being overweight. The good news is I got help, while I know I am overweight and I want to lose, I don't look in the mirror loathing myself anymore. I have also stopped binge eating food no longer dominates my mind either. I have maintained 117kg for 3 months now so I think it is a good time to work on a healthy diet and exercise plan.

I really want a buddie while I'm losing weight. If I had someone else to talk to about I think I would be much more motivated. So if anyone is keen to join me then comment or send me a message
