I came to this forum for support and to get out of my isolation mode. I'm starting my abstinence again today after a year of abstinence followed by almost a year of relapse. I lost 80lbs and have managed to gain it all back and am so depressed and disgusted with myself. I plan to make this forum a part of my daily reading and writing.

Hi! Welcome to 3FC! Great job on taking charge of your weight because not many people have that courage they just see that they are overweight and convince themselves that they can't do it alone and stay that way until it's too late! but it's only as hard as you make it. Good luck!
