So glad to have found you
I have been dieting since I was 14. I am almost to my goal now (about 2 lbs away) and have realized that it is not about changing a diet, but changing habits. Cutting things like white flour and sugar as well as trying to stay as active as possible. I have tried almost every new trend at some point, and I finally think I have found my way through my slow metabolism.
