I've been puttering around, not really paying attention to my weight. I keep having to to buy slightly bigger clothes than last time... I look in my closet a few weeks ago and realize i have no winter clothes that fit correctly anymore.

It's time for me to change. I've been keeping track of my calories since Nov.1st and realize the bulk of my calories come at night. When i start, i just don't stop! I also binge eat and drink... I just have to stay clear headed and stick with my eating plan!
I was once a fairly athletic person even though i've always struggled with body issues.
Hopefully being on this forum will help me!!
