Hello all! I discoverd this post lastnight in my search for ideal protien diet info. I take the plunge and start tomarrow with my fisrt appt.
I have been struggeling with weight especially in the last couple of months. I have managed to gain almost 30 pounds. Which is very depressing. I had gone to the doc's and she put me on some pill that seemed to help for awhile, but I seem to have grown used to it. The next step is this diet that is supported at our local hospital. Keeping my fingers crossed because I have become ashamed to leave the house.

I started the same diet on October 27 and so far I am very happy with the results!! I think you will love reading others tips and advice because I know I do! I also gained a lot of weight in a short time period and I am scared to go to places I have not been to for awhile for the fact that I got so big! However now that I am starting to lose weight I only think of the change I am making to make my life better for me!
