A New Beginning

Hello everyone, my name is Kisha. I joined 3FC for support and encouragement. I am very unhappy with my weight and I want to change that. My goal is to change my eating habits all together. I am trying to make wise choices when it comes to eating. My goal is lose 100 pds. Therefore, I have declared war on this body and I am looking forward to the new one.
