Hi everyone!
I'm 45years old and have been struggling with my weight since I was 10 or so. I highest weight I can remember being was either 238 or 232lbs on my graduation from high school. And the lowest I have been was about 170 or so in college...poor student, didn't eat well and spent more money on alcohol and socializing
I started the ideal protein program 1 week ago. I've lost just under 3lbs, I was hoping for more but it is a good start.
I have been on several diets over the years, and although I weigh a lot less than during my high school years, I need to lose more. I have seriously hurt my back and I'm finding I am unable to do my job.
I have Hashimoto's Thyroid and PCOS...which everyone tells me can make things very difficult. I would love to hear from anyone who struggles with similar issues.
