hi everyone i'm sanem :moo: i've recently discovered this site and wanted to join you.i want to lose weight but it's not easy :( i've tried everything you might think of (weight watchers,fat loss 4 idiots,acupuncture,pills,etc.) but couldn't lose any weight or even if i did, i couldn't maintain it.now i started with exercise only. i walk for an hour everyday on treadmil.i want to start a weight loss plan too but i can't decide.if you have any suggestions thank you in advance :hug:

Hi Sanem, I know it's a struggle and it is so important you get a plan you can live with over a long term. Last year, in August 09, I began going to Metabolic Research Center. By Christmas 09, I had gone from a size 24 to 14. I still am trying to get the losing part going once again (currently wearing a size 12), but I found this plan so helpful and I lost at a really quick pace.
