Hi everyone, im 23 years old a student. and i want to take charge of my life. i no longer want to be settle because of my weight. i want to feel healthy, i want to be happy, i want to be able to look in a mirror and like what i see.
i am sick and tired if always feeling sad and tired.
i need help, and people to be by my side during this journey
