Hi Everybody! My name is Jessica. A couple of years back I got sick with Crohn's Disease and my weight went from 218 to 169, mainly because the disease wasn't under control and I had a hard time eating. Most days it was just baby food or a banana or some crackers. Now that I'm feeling better (YAY!), the weight's creeping back up (BOO). The doctor feels like it's because I went from hardly eating to eating again. I gained about 30 pounds in a little over a year, and I'm trying to lose it. It's been rough because while I'm so happy about my health improving, I'm very unhappy about the gain. It's time to lose again but this time as a healthy person. Wish me luck!
