Bonjour
Here we go... I've been exercising on and off for most of my life but the last few years have been spotty. About four months ago I started a pretty intensive exercise regime put together by a trainer, four to five times a week 40-minute sessions, and I've just finished my hundredth at-home session. Results: 10 pound weight gain, one shirt size increase, and a slight waist decrease. Not what I was looking for...
Problem is I am now in my mid-60s, and want to lose about forty pounds. I have no illusions about getting ripped or making the ladies' jaws drop at the beach. I'm not sure I'll be able to endure the P90 and don't want to spend the money unless I know there's a pretty good chance of success.
Anyone out there with advice?
I look forward to participating in an on-line group! Many thanks, thierry
