I've embarked on a long journey to be healthy. I've gotten to the stage where its just not about having a hot bod, but actually having a long, and healthy life. I've got PCOS and pre diabetes, and my lungs are so unfit! My fiance and I are trying to get pregnant for two years now. But I need to drop the weight or I will not be able to fall preggers. So my plan of action: I've started kung-fu (which is hysterical - I'm exhausted after the warm up session, and my centre of gravity is so warped that I look drunk just doing the walking kicks...wobble all over!)

But the feeling when it was over, that I had started somewhere is a good one.
My diet is coming right, but it is a daily battle, getting the mind right. I find that over the years I've become somewhat of a "pleaser" and I WILL find the time to do this one Major thing for myself.
