Hey everyone =]
I've been dieting on and off for years now but i can't seem to get down to my goal weight which is 115. I've recently just started exercising (for about 6 weeks now) and have only lost a total of 1.2lbs =[ I eat fairly well and i exercise for at least 1 1/2 hrs per day but the i seem to have hit a plateau. I haven't budged for 3 weeks and am getting frustrated. Hopefully i can find the motivation that i can't find at home or elsewhere here
