Round 2. . .Go!
Weight has been an issue for my whole adult life. In January I decided it was time to make a change. I changed my eating habits and found exercise that I enjoyed. My weight loss was slow but steady, and I had lost about 20 pounds by the time summer rolled around. Now summer is over, I've gained 5 pounds back, stopped exercising, and started nonstop snacking again.
It's time for me to make a change again and hopefully with some support I'll be able to stick with it long term this time. I've got about 60 pounds to lose. I'm looking forward to sharing my journey with 3FC!
