this is officially my second real try at losing weight the right way. three years ago I did south beach and lost about 15lbs but got anxious and started not eating and take some very harmful diet pills.
this time I'm counting calories and actually working out. I started last Monday and have lost 4lbs so far.
I've tried to count calories before but it was so hard tracking them in a journal and online, now I've got this handy dandy sparkpeople app on my iPhone and it had become the easiest way I've experienced. I'm actually excited!
I thought reducing my calories was gonna be tourture but some days I don't even make it within my goal but I have yet to go over! woohooo!
