Hi! I am new here. I am a stay at home army wife who has been overweight my entire life. My husband deployed in May and on May 25th I stepped on the scale and was shocked to see it read 300.4 lbs. I immediately started counting calories and working out to some biggest loser dvds. I am down to 268 and have slacked off on things lately and Im ready to get back on it!! Im looking forward to checking out this forum
We have a ton of places to check out - the "Calorie Counters" forum, the 100 lb club (for those who are on their way to losing or who have lost 100 lbs or more), the 300+ club (for those who have starting weights in the 300 range). Any or all would be great places to read and post.
