Hey everyone! I have reached an alltime low for myself. 2 years ago I was was a lean 190lbs. Due to a training accident in the Army, I have not been able to do much cardio since then. I am now a plump 267 lbs. I have got to lose this weight because it is leading to other problems like low self esteem and depression. I look in the mirror and feel disgusting. Not to mention i am getting a fair share of stretch marks. I look forward to trying to lose this help with y'alls support.
