Hello
I've been on the Ideal Protein Diet now for going on my sixth week and have lost 16.8 lbs. Currently at 190, down from 207. So far I've been very pleased with this diet, though I'm getting kinda tired of the same ol' flavors. Any ideas from anyone out there of some yummy recipes that go well with this diet?
Also, I've heard mixed stories about working out. I'd really like to get a membership at Curves to tone up while I'm losing weight, but my mother-in-law, who has already met her goal said she was advised not to do a whole lot of exercise until phase 4. Any thoughts?
