Smile I'm a Newbie!!
Hello everyone,

I'm new to this blog though not new to weight loss. I lost about 60lbs and gained all of it back except for 20lbs. Its true getting married makes you gain weight...lol...but no excuses. My goal is to lose 53lbs which would put me at the weight of 140 (my ideal weight). I joined this forum for inspiration and encouragement. I've started my lifestyle change by exercising and no carbs. I'm really excited about meeting new people and blogging about my thoughts, giving and receiving advice as well as updating you all with my weight loss progress

Welcome, glad to have you join us. I suggest you look for a Support Group or Challenge to join; a small group of friends to help keep you motivated, find one that inspires you or fits your needs, and just post to join.

Hi everyone. I am new to the site but an old hat at losing weight. Previously lost 105 pounds, gained it all back plus 9 extra pounds. Now, I have started all over again. Lost 7 so far and well on my way to my size 8's again!

Welcome - I've been here just for a couple of days - I find it so encouraging to see people achieving goals.
In my world al my friends are saying how fat they are if they are holding and extra 5kg. Knowing I've got an extra 25 kg on them. So it's nice to meet people who have to commit to weight loss as a lifestyle.

I'm finding some great ideas on this site.
