howdy everybody.
long time watcher, first time poster

i just wanted to say thank you to everyone who's personal efforts have served as such a source of inspiration for me---y'all are amazing!--and hello. hope that maybe finally fully-engaging in this forum will help propel me into success. long story short, was always a little larger growing up, but a jock, so it was muscle. fast forward a decade or so, and now i'm just larger. don't get me wrong, i love my life, etc. but i'm sick of my own insecurities, feeling guilty post binge eating, and of being the perpetual "girl [space] friend". not going to lie, the latter is pretty much the main motivation for now. so yeah, i'm giving this healthy living weight loss thing another go! gonna be tough working almost 30 hours in addition to being a full-time law student but y'all juggle so many things and get it done, so i hope to do so to.
right now i'm exercising like 30-45 mins 6 days/week and trying to eat like 1200-1400 calories. haven't seen the scale really budge yet, but it's only been a couple weeks. patience, patience. and i'm feeling better already from just honestly taking control and trying!
HUGE goal: lose 25 lbs/look damn sexy by x-mas
ENORMOUS goal: lose 30 lbs/drop dead gorgeous by the big 28th bday in feb
anyways. sorry for the long post but i look forward to finally posting on y'all accomplishments and being part of this motivated, kick-*** group!!!
