I've got quite a lot of weight to lose and I'm determined to do it this time. I've set some goals to help me stay the course, the biggest one is that I'm going to do a triathlon in December! I'm excited but know I have some serious work to put in.
I also want to get more serious about my riding and frankly the extra weight is too much of a hindrance right now so that's another motivator. I expect my horse to be an athlete so why should I not expect the same for myself?
I started seeing a personal trainer a few weeks ago and thats been awesome so far! I'm also trying to do some form of run/swim/bike 5-6 times a week too.
