Default new and struggling!
Hello! I'm new to forum, I started the BE-YU TFR last Tuesday I was doing really well.. Lost 6 pounds. I am struggling today I crumpled and literally ate everything I could lay my hands on . I feel terrible now and have to start right back a the beginning again! Totally messed up the ketosis shoving tons of carbs in my face. Don't even know why I did it, I wasn't even that hungry. Grrr.. Anyway I could whine for hours.. Someone please slap me!!
Tomorrow is another day! Hopefully I will do better on my second attempt!

I'm not familiar with your diet. Is it similiar to Atkins? (with the ketosis factor)
One thing that helps me is taking chromium picolonate. But once you are in true ketosis, the hunger pangs are nearly a non issue.

Welcome, glad to have you join us. I suggest you look for a Support Group or Challenge to join; a small group of friends to help keep you motivated, find one that inspires you or fits your needs, and just post to join.
