Thanks for all the welcomes. I started losing weight in October of 2009. I know that, had I kept with it, I would be at my goal weight by now, so I have kind of been mentally kicking myself. I was down to about 145 by January 2010, but school started and I got frustrated. Now I'm back in classes and trying it again. My 18 pound loss is from riding a stationary bike and eating less. I'm switching to counting calories and utilizing my Jillian Michaels DVDs. I
really don't want to begin my 20s (in January) the way I've spent my teen years.
