New here, Hi!!
Hi! This is my first post here. My name is Shannon and at the begining of this year, I lost 30lbs, I was so happy. But *sigh*, I've gained it back, with all the stress of moving across the country, my DH returning from TDY and playing referee to my 2 toddlers, 15 lbs packed back on.
So with this news this morning, that 15 are somewhere back on me, I decided that it's finally time to get rid of this. My goal is to hit 150 lbs by the first of November. I am counting and recording calories (trying to hit 1500-1600 a day) and getting any kind of workout I can in the day (the problem with me is I get so bored so quickly, so it's tough to get motivated when I know I am doing the same old workout).
