Hopefully TWO times will be a charm!
Hi everyone! This is actually my 2nd time "starting fresh" so this is really not my first introduction. That was awhile ago though, and I didn't do a whole lot else other than introduce myself so hopefully this time will be better! My name is Melissa and I'm 25. Right now I'm at 268lbs and I'm really really ready for a change. I cannot continue to do this to myself anymore and I want to feel my age, not double it. I'm sick of short walks making me tired, I'm sick of worrying if I will fit, I'm sick of being the fat girl!
I went to the gym for the first time in awhile today and it felt great! I cannot wait to be fit and healthy again. I'm hoping some of you can give me some advice as to where to start on these forums, it all looks so overwhelming! lol
