Hi ya'll, I'm new to 3FC, but wow!, I am so glad I found this site!!! I was 270lbs. as of July 26, 2010. I started the Atkins and am now at 248 lbs. I am 5'2" so I'm pretty chunky. I have started walking 2 miles a day at the local jr. college. I stand on my feet all day so that 2 miles is sometimes a chore, but I am committed. Is there any one out there who can give me some pointers? Thanks I appreciate the help/advice.
