Hi there, my name is margie..
I'm so happy to find this site...happy to know that there are girls that have the same problem.
It's hard for me to go through this weight problem because I have a good figure younger sister, where people often comparing us.
That situation sometime made me feel frustrated, but I denied it, n repressing my feeling. I do realise that I have a weight problem but sometime I just deny it, n continuing eating like I don't have that problem.
It made me so frustrated to find an new clothes, because here in Indonesia, the average figure of the girls are quite small, n often I hate to buy new clothes because the seller don't have my size .
But I'm happy now that I already have the guts to say to myself that I have weight problem, n I have to do somehing with it.
Right now I'm still looking for a right diet pattern that suitable for me. N I'm happy that I can open my self here .

Hi Margie!

It's hard to find larger sized clothes here too, which is strange considering how obesity is such a growing problem. There used to be two plus-size clothes stores at my local mall, but they are both gone now. Weird, since women who look a lot like me are everywhere I look. Go figure.

I am sorry you have to deal with being compared to a slender sister; my only other sibling lives in a different state and he's fat too.

You definitely are in good company here. I look forward to your success, as well as my own!

It really is so hard to just get started sometimes, but I'm so excited that you are! You will feel so much more in control and some things will get easier. However, try to do this for yourself, not in comparison with your sister. It takes a lot of effort to do this and if you can make this journey about YOU it will be more likely to have lasting results. You are absolutely right....it is so important to choose a plan that will work for you. Look around this wonderful sight and you will probably find the right one that suits your personality and lifestyle. I hope to hear wonderful things about your progress!
