I lost 25lbs between October and January by working out, and tracking what I ate. End of January I broke my foot, BAD. Couldn't walk at all for 6 weeks. I gained 15lbs back. Had some life changes, relocated, and finally in a good place!
I've been officially back "on" and feeling great for two weeks now. Lost 4lbs and just started 30DS on Monday!
