Keeping focused..newbie here!
Hi Everyone! I'm so excited to have found a great weightloss community here online! I've been looking for quite sometime. I am Sara and here's a little about me..I started weightwtchers on January 3, 2010 at a weight of 332.8. Today I weigh 305.8. I was down to 293.2 in June, then summer came. I work for a school, so needless to say my summer has been very random and I don't have a lot going on as far as work goes (I do go to school though- in my Master's degree to become a teacher). This summer lack of schedule and bbq's everytime I turn around has really created quite a mess with my focus! I was so upset when I saw I have gotten back up to 305.8, but like my name says "Keep Lookin Forward".. and that's what I'm going to do from this point forward. I drop weight very consistently as long as I don't work out, but the last two months I've started working out 3-5 days a week and have not been able to lose any weight (but my eating habits haven't necessarily been the best lately either). Finding the balance of what I take in and how much I burn is a constant challenge for me. Sometimes I just want to cry because losing this weight feels so hopeless, but I've come so far.. I'm not giving up now! I've come way too far to let it knock me down! I tried to add a weight tracker, but am not sure if it pasted right. I am looking forward to wondering around this site and getting to know the community even more!
