Greetings from Canada
My name is Kathy
I tried this diet with my husband back in Jan but only lasted 2 days.
I was hungry all the time and got tired of eggs and don't eat bacon so I am hoping some of you can help me in some suggestions for what to eat for breakfast for starts
I am trying to get organized and get all my food and start on MOnday.
Hope you can help me.
