howdy!
i joined this site about 2 years ago and well, i'm back. i lost some weight, but gained it all back plus an extra 25lbs. that's all in the past now, and i'm looking forward to getting healthy and being more active.
i'm a 20-something from washington, dc. my career field is incredibly stressful and physically demanding at times..it's definitely in my best interest to use exercise as a de-stresser!
