Hello to all! I am brand new to this site. I am once again embarking on a weight loss journey and I am in need of some support and encouragement. I have a loving family but sometimes family cannot provide the encouragement, understanding, and support that a person trying to lose weight needs, especially when they don't have weight issues. I am happy to have found this site. I hope to be an inspiration to other as well as time passes. I have truly been inspired by the stories you have been sharing on this site. I am a 35 (36 this month) year old female and I need to lose at least 65 lbs. My biggest motivation now is that I would like to have a child before it's too late. I am recently married and it appears that my weight is playing a role in not getting pregnant (PCOS). Right now it seems so hard but I now I am in the right place. I have realized that I HAVE to do this. I know now that I have no other choice. Thank you for letting me share my story.

Welcome to 3FC. I'm sorry that you're experiencing that, I have had similar struggles and appreciate how out of your control it can feel. This is an incredible place to give and receive. It can really be instrumental in all of it. Greatest of luck.

Welcome. I suggest you look for a Support Group or Challenge to join; a small group of friends to help keep you motivated, find one that inspires you or fits your needs, and just post to join.

I am new here also and I agree that it is a wonderful place for those who are struggling to find support. I wish you much luck on your journey and what better reason to lose the weight?! Its wonderful that you have shared your story here, which is indeed the first step. Congratulations on getting married and I hope you get that little miracle that you want!
