Hello, I am 35 and am at my heaviest. This is the age my mom started gaining her weight. Now she and my dad have all kinds of health problems due to their weight. I was told that my cholesterol is getting high. I need to get in control of my weight before I start following in their footsteps with health issues. I look forward to hearing any advice or motivation anyone can give!
