So, way back in the day three years ago I started hanging around here and went from 206 to 170 pounds in about a year, which I sort of hovered at until I headed off for my freshman year of college. I lost a further 10 pounds first semester, then gained back 15, putting me at 175 pounds and way less fit than I was coming out of my senior year of high school.
Here's the thing, though. In the initial weight losing sprint, I lost the weight by eating about 800-something calories a day and doing about four hours of pretty intense exercise a day (I was a competitive fencer). I'm just not sure I have the time or the willpower for that these days. Also my grades slumped a little second semester and I'm feeling kind of lame all over. But a start had to be made somewhere, and you guys helped me out last time, so here's to trying to figure out a less crazy version of weight loss.
