Default The Makeover begins NOW.
Hello everyone! I'm Jess, 28, 219 lbs and ready for my makeover to begin. Over the past year I've lost 27 pounds and I'm ready to get serious about having a new body. I am tired of shopping in the Plus size department. Tired of being lazy and tired of being fat. This week I started the Couch to 5K training plan in hopes of completing my first 5K in September. I am excited for the encouragement, tips, and advice offered here. I am also excited to meet people on the same journey to having a new body.

Welcome. Since Chicks can be overwhelming at first, I suggest you look for a support group or challenge to join; a small group of friends to help keep you motivated. Find one you like that fits your needs, or inspires you, and just post to join.
