I came across this site and decided to join. I have always had issues with my weight and have finally got to a point in my life where enough is enough. Many years ago (before I got married) I tried the calorie counting method which worked very well for the 4-5mths that I did it. Since then I have only been able to stick to it for a week at the most.
After 2 pregnancies and getting tired of being fat and overweight I have decided to do something about it. I have been calorie counting for the last 2 weeks and have lost 6 pounds so far. I am very motivated at the moment and hope I continue.
