Post Hello!!
Hi everyone!

I just turned 36 last week and recently had my first baby, delivered via emergency C-section, April 7th. I am now trying to figure out how to get this extra weight off. I gain about 40 pounds and the first 30 flew off in the first two weeks. I've beeen struggling with the last 10 for the last month and half.

I've heard about this site and forums but never checked it out. My goal is get to back to my preprenancy weight of 175, then continue with the weight loss and lose another 25-30 pounds.

I'm looking forward to exploring the site, getting movitated as well as meeting other who have been through or gone through the same things!

Welcome Pheobe. I can relate, After DS I lost 30 in 2 weeks. Went in for a baby check up and weight myself. I almost fell over. But after that it was tough going.
