I am new to 3FC and wanted to introduce myself! I'm a 26 year old mother of 2 young boys looking for support in losing weight. I have 62 pounds to lose to get myself in the "normal" BMI. I have lost 2 pounds so far-I started the biggest loser dvds 5-6 times a week for the past 2 weeks and only lost 2 pounds

I have cut out soda and working on cleaning up my diet as much as possible but that seems to be the hardest LoL. If anyone has any tips on some ways to jump start my weight loss I'm all for it!
