New from Ky!
I am new to 3FC and wanted to introduce myself! I'm a 26 year old mother of 2 young boys looking for support in losing weight. I have 62 pounds to lose to get myself in the "normal" BMI. I have lost 2 pounds so far-I started the biggest loser dvds 5-6 times a week for the past 2 weeks and only lost 2 pounds :( I have cut out soda and working on cleaning up my diet as much as possible but that seems to be the hardest LoL. If anyone has any tips on some ways to jump start my weight loss I'm all for it!

My best tip is to find a plan that fits you and your lifestyle then commit to it 150%. Good luck with your goals. Hugs Michelle |

Welcome. Since Chicks can be overwhelming at first, I suggest you look for a support group or challenge to join; a small group of friends to help keep you motivated. Find one you like that fits your needs, and just post to join.
Sometimes it takes a while to find what works for you. Don't give up. |

My best advice is DON'T GIVE UP!!!!! I've given up because I didn't see results when I thought I should've. It's not worth it in the end!!!! We're all in this together!!!!!
